Who Can Shop at the EWA Store?
Located in the Compound Arcade (Harris B1F), your friendly EWA Store offers various items delivered from the Yokota Commissary including foods, drinks, alcohol, and daily commodities.
The EWA Store is accessible to those who are assigned to Japan under the Chief of Mission and has an EWA full or associate Membership.
Single-serve items are available for purchase for those without such identification.
How to Open a Deposit Account
Bring your EWA Digital QR code that was issued by email when your membership number was created and your initial deposit by check or cash to the Store. You may also pay per purchase by USD or JPY or US checks.
If there are unused balances when you move, they will be fully refunded. Please note that refunds less than $300 will be handled at the Store, but refunds over $300 will need to be processed during EWA Office hours (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm).
Place Special Orders by email
For items not carried in the EWA store, you can place an order for EWA Special Orders. This service is intended for small item requests only, as we unfortunately don’t have the resources to handle full grocery shopping for everyone.
The EWA Store fills its stock every Thursday at the Commissary at Yokota base. The Commissary stock is similar to a typical large American supermarket. We will pick up your requested items if orders are sent to ewastorespecialorders@gmail.com by 7:00 pm Wednesday. Special Orders will be ready for pick up by Thursday late afternoon or Friday afternoon.

US postage stamps available
The EWA store carries Forever Stamps, sold only in books of 20.
The post box is in front of the EWA Beauty Salon.
